Our offices are based in the historic town of Rochester (Kent) with a team who are highly capable and experienced in working with compliance systems, processes and procedures. 

A partnership delivering Local Authority Building Control throughout Kent for Canterbury City Council, Gravesham Borough Council, Medway Council and Swale Borough Council. 

Our expertise covers all aspects of building work, from simple extensions and loft conversions to large-scale commercial or residential developments. Building regulations can be complex, which is why we are happy to offer advice and guidance throughout your project.

Friday	08:30 - 16:45
Weekends and Bank Holidays	CLOSED

Site inspections are carried out during office opening hours

We kindly ask that if you wish to speak with a surveyor, please telephone the office on 01634 331133 to make an appointment in advance. We cannot guarantee that a surveyor or the individual you wish to speak with will be in the office if you arrive without pre-arranging.
