Who we are, what we do
The South Thames Gateway (STG) Building Control Partnership brings together the building control departments of Gravesham, Medway and Swale councils to meet the demands of the dynamic growth of North Kent. STG Building Control is founded on knowledge, integrity and professionalism - the essential qualities delivered by local authority building control departments for many years.
STG Building Control has the autonomy to combine private sector flexibility and competitiveness with its public sector rigour and professionalism.
We are committed to the regeneration of the Thames Gateway North Kent area. Our surveyors in STG add real value to householders, local builders, developers and housebuilders. We bring a wealth of local knowledge and invaluable relationships with other players in the process. So it makes sense to draw upon the skills and expertise of the people who know, live and work in Gravesham, Medway and Swale.
