LABC Partner Authority Scheme
Would you like to work with a dedicated building control surveyor on all your building regulations submissions regardless of geographical location? This means one online submission route, consistent interpretation of the building regulations and pre-application and on-going advice as and when you need it.
STG offers agents, developers, and contractors the opportunity to do that through the LABC Partner Authority Scheme.
There is no contract or fee to become an LABC Partner, and you can submit building regulations applications for work throughout England and Wales to us. We forward the application details and plan's electronically to the inspecting authority on your behalf, saving you time and money.
As a Partner you are assigned your own professionally qualified surveyor who is easily contactable. We carry out a plan check within ten working days and issue the decision notice to the inspecting authority who will issue formal approval and then carry out the inspections once work starts on site.

Reimbursement to Building Control under the Building Safety Act 2022
Under Section 13 of the Building Safety Act 2022, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) may request assistance from the partnership in respect of High Rise Buildings. The reimbursement rate paid to us by the BSR for financial year 2025/2026 is set at £72.00 per hour plus VAT. This figure will be subject to regular review.
