Pay an Invoice
Our finance is dealt with by our host authority Medway Council. If you have received an invoice, there are many ways you can make the payment.
Call us on 01634 331133 to make a debit or credit card payment over the phone. Please have your 16 digit invoice number to hand.
You can also pay online. You will need to enter Your Account Number which is shown on your invoice as 16 followed by 6 digits. For example, 16 123456
Alternatively, you can make payment by cheque or cash.
Cheque payments must be made payable to STG Building Control and have your 16 digit invoice number written on the back along with your application reference number. This can be posted or hand delivered to the Rochester office and a member of the administration team will process this for you.
Cash payments can only be made in person to the Rochester office and must be the exact amount as we cannot provide any change. Please bring your invoice with you so that a member of the administration team can process this for you. Should you require a receipt, please request this.
