There is a vast amount of information now available to help applicants, agents and interested parties meet the requirements of the Building Regulations.

A number of guidance documents have been produced by our partnership and others and are now available.The three most enquired about subjects (Replacement windows and doors, Part P electrical installations and the Party Wall Act) have their own web pages accessible from the sub-menus found under The Advice and Guidance menu on the left. Other subjects are in .pdf file formats and are under Technical Guidance Sheets from the same sub-menu.

The format of the documents may make the file larger than simple text files. If you are connected via a slow modem over a telephone line, you should consider the likely download time before attempting to retrieve such documents.
